Four weeks ago we adopted the most adorable little biscuit maker from the Sacramento County Animal Care Services (on Bradshaw).
His name is Sterling. He is now about 12 weeks old.
Oscar is adjusting and I know they’ll be good friends soon. Alice the dog loves him but is cautious.
Here he is!

He has such beautiful markings!
Looks like a scrapper.
OMG! How cute is he?? What an adorable kitty!
He is adorable!
Thank you. He is just the sweetest boy.
I think you picked a good one,J. …a real cutie 😺
He is such a little character and so happy.
OMG – How cute is he? How’s Oscar coping now? Got used to him yet? What a cutie! Sending lots of kitty love!
Oscar is doing great. He mourned and mourned after Gloria passed away. He meowed 24/7 for two months. He and Alice the dog kept going to where Gloria would sleep. But now he is back to his old self. He is still on the fence about Sterling, but they’re hanging out together more and he is teaching Sterling all of his bad habits. Cats are awesome, even when they aren’t.
I agree. After Charlet passed, I was a bit scared Jake would react badly. But he had the opportunity to say his ‘goodbyes’ and he still had Tjara.
When Jake left us, I was heartbroken, and I had my cat taking care of me. I was scared she could be lonely now. But she rocks! She is so adjustable. She fit in, wherever she goes. I’m so very proud of her.
