Fluffy kittens.
Everyone loves them. Humans love them. Dogs love them. Vampires love them. Even Werewolves and Ghosts love them (and we all know fluffy kittens can see ghosts.)
So as my public service announcement…
If you adopt a fluffy kitten it might live to be an old 20 year old cat. It might not always be cute. It might get big. It might not be your future boyfriend’s best friend. You might move to an apartment where they don’t allow cats. It might get sick and have expensive vet bills. Think about those things. Think long and hard.
If you can’t give a dog or cat a forever home don’t take it home.
It is a living thing – not an accessory or a toy.

Well said. I totally agree with you. Though my fluffy kitten turned into a big cat, she’s still fluffy and cute. Not to mention she’s just as fun to have at six years old as when she was two months old. Committing to a pet is a big responsibility but so worth it.
Sounds like she is one lucky fluffy kitty!
I do very much agree with you!! What a GREAT post!!
Thank you. I know your fluffy kittens are very well loved!
I am such a cat lover. I hope yu don’t mind but I will post a silly poem about a cat…
my familiar
or am I yours?
when with disdain
you flick your tail
and push on past
through crack in doors
and be so sweet
with cupboard love
demanding food
and choicest meat
for if I gave you less than that
you’d sniff your nose
refusing flat
and punishing
so easily
you walk across me
when I sleep
then bat my face
until I wake
pesky cat
for goodness sake!
🙂
That is so cute. I might have to give this one a post of it’s own!

Should be the voice in every person’s head when considering pets.
Great blog.
