Yes it was the first day of school today. It was good. Only one completely confusing assignment in a science class. They’re trying to figure it out now. Only two of the teachers got bad reports. Not bad.
The boys were hot. The girls were hot. I’m not talking about the weather. They saw all of their friends and made some new friends.
The V’s (Vampire kids) all saw each other and compared notes. The Werewolf kids were there and actually acting half way normal.
It is going to be a good year. And so I find myself at a loss about writing “parenting” stuff. There isn’t anything to write about tonight. Looks like Teddy and I have done our job as parents and done it well.
My brother Andy, who is totally out of touch, and visiting with us said “I can’t believe most of the girls are wearing shorts. Girls would have never worn shorts when we were in school.”
Teddy and I gave him the look.
“We went to school in the 1850’s and 60’s of course the girls didn’t wear shorts,” said Teddy.
Anyone else listening in would have thought we were weird, but we’re not. We’re just like any other Modern Vampire Family.

It took less than 24 hours to get more material! The fun never stops! But that isn’t always a bad thing.
