Yesterday Clara and I drove to San Francisco for various things, but we ended up with a lovely day in Golden Gate Park. A beautiful day in San Francisco can’t be matched anywhere.
On the way home she filled my iPhone up with photos of huge ugly fat men. There were about 30 of them. In all seriousness I told her to REMOVE the offending photos, but she was laughing so hard that she had to sit down. Sigh.
Why yes, Vampires DO have iPhones. Really. We’re big on taking advantage of the technology and culture of every century we live in (3 so far for me, but I’m a youngster as far as Vampires are concerned).
Summer is here and I’ve been too busy to post anything much of great depth or pressing Vampire parenting issues.
There are a few items I want everyone to be aware of.
- The Vampire Masquerade Ball is still going on in August despite recent ugly events with Vampire Hunters in California, Nevada and Oregon.
- From late July to the second week of August we will be OUT, at the ball and taking a break from blog postings.
- I’ll be back in full force for all of that Vampire parenting back-to-school news. Yes, more on school issues for Vampire teens going to regular human schools.
- An important area for Vampire parents and teens on “The dangers of Vampire Hunters” will happen in September. I’ll keep you posted with the dates.
I hope to post some final sketches for the ball. Costumes are being made as we speak, but there is so much more to do.
